![]() The fourth of July Take a minute to listen to the fireworks Like they were bombs in the air bursting way like a big war And people cheering for our town to win And look at the shapes in the sky Like if God was drawing a picture And the people in boats in the lake getting a closer view Or people sitting on the ground with nice soft blankets And when it's over You think about that for a while... |
